SHIDIAK TRANSPORT - Freight Executive

Freight Executive will be recruited to our company. We are international logistics company arranging ocean,air,truck import & export shpmnt.
 
Features :
·      Candidate should have good attention to details and able to follow written processes closely
·      New graduated from related departments of universities; Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic, Logistics or relevant field etc.
·      English listening, speaking, reading and writing should be fluent
·      Able to use Microsoft Office programs
·      Location : Küçükçekmece,İstanbul

 

İŞ TANIMI

·        Contact and build relationship with shipping lines
·        Receive shipment booking instructions from shipping line and review booking information
·        Open file in transport management system, review costs and selling rates
·        Work with overseas office / agents to ensure document completeness and accuracy
·        Follow up on shipment tracking and milestone updates until delivery
·        Escalate when there are delays
·        Obtain Proof of Delivery documentation and update clients
·        Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
·        Review any additional costs to the shipment and inform commercial team
